Day 04: Erfoud / Rissani / Tineghir / Ouarzazate
Optional early morning jeep tour to see the sunrise over the sand dunes of Merzouga. Continuation to the oasis of Tineghir via Tinjdad road. Visit of the famous Todgha canyons. Drive to Ouarzazate via the road of the 1000 kasbahs and the Dades valley which is famous for its roses. Dinner and accommodation.
Day 05 : Ouarzazate / Ait Ben Haddou / Marrakech
After breakfast, departure to Ait Ben Haddou, the best preserved kasbahs of Morocco and actually under Unesco protection. Continuation to Marrakech via the Tichka pass. Arrival to Marrakech in the late afternoon. End of the trip

is the highest peak in the Eastern High Atlas range and marks the last frontier before crossing into the heart of old Morocco. Here, amid the immeasurable silence of the pre-Sahara, is an all-forgotten world of fortified villages (Ksour) and Berber castles (Kasbahs). High peaks force the clouds to disperse large amounts of rainfall; therefore, the High Atlas has many fertile valleys surrounded by rivers and waterfalls. Of volcanic origin, its elevation rises to 3,304 m (10,840 ft). the Red city, pink mountains: In the safran and almand region, Tafrouat hidden by the pink granite mountains. The windows of the red houses are framed by white painting. After the red expanses of desert, the small town of Tafraoute makes for refreshing viewing in the early spring. Officially the almond capital of Morocco, the area is as famous for its produce as for the spectacle provided by the almond trees in full blossom amid the ochre red walls of the village. In February/March the villages around Tafraoute celebrate the almond harvest.In this area the Saffron plant grows and the best carpets of Morocco are produced and sold by Berber women.
